Your work environment at EXP As a Co-op Student, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience, work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that support sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure. What a day at EXP has in store for you Under the guidance of experienced engineers and technical professionals, you will: * Assist with water and wastewater treatment process evaluations and design activities. * Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and project documentation. * Participate in process modeling, data analysis, and performance assessments. * Assist with water quality and wastewater treatment studies. * Collect, organize, and analyze operational and environmental data. * Support field investigations, site visits, and condition assessments, as required. * Contribute to the development of engineering drawings, specifications, and design packages. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions. * Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks. What your experience looks like * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in: * Environmental Engineering * Civil Engineering (Environmental or Water Resources specialization) * Or a related engineering discipline * Returning to school following the work term. * Strong interest in water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure projects. * Understanding of engineering fundamentals related to water and wastewater processes. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications * Previous co-op or internship experience. * Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment processes and operations. * Experience with engineering software, data analysis tools, or process modeling applications. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites if required. This job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization. The base hourly range for this role is between $21 to $23. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Environmental or Civil Engineering and returning to school following the work term. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with an interest in water and wastewater processes.
