La principale responsabilité du ou de la gestionnaire de compte est de développer et de maintenir un portefeuille de produits d’hôtels et d’hébergements de haute qualité, pertinents, attrayants et concurrentiels, pour la communauté mondiale de voyageurs en pleine expansion d’Expedia Group. Le ou la gestionnaire de marché collabore avec les partenaires d’hébergement du territoire qui lui est assigné afin de contribuer à maximiser le potentiel de production sur le marché. L’équipe de gestion des comptes veille à ce que les voyageurs du monde entier trouvent toujours l’hébergement le plus approprié pour le voyage de leurs rêves, et à ce que les partenaires hôteliers puissent répondre à la totalité de la demande des voyageurs d’Expedia Group partout dans le monde. Favoriser et accroître de manière continue la participation des partenaires hôteliers à l’aide des ressources d’Expedia Group : Renseignements propres au marché (rapports des partenaires, données sur la concurrence, inducteurs de rendement clés) Outils internes de gestion des revenus (Rev+) Occasions de marchandisage et de marketing (promotions dynamiques, forfaits, offres pour les membres, offres pour les appareils mobiles) Possibilités d’affaires de marques spécialisées (p. ex. Account Manager Introduction to the Team Bilingual in French and English preferred The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for Expedia Group’s fast-growing global traveler base. The Market Manager works with lodging partners within their assigned territory to help maximize the production potential in the marketplace. The Account Management team ensures that global travelers always find the most suitable property for their dream trip, and that hotel partners can reach Expedia Group’s full breadth of global traveler demand. The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Montreal is $83,000.00 to $116,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $133,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
