Tasks & Responsibilities Prepare files for import Monitor & process shipments Manage documents from carriers and brokers Arrange customs clearance and delivery for shipments Manage unique, client-based logistic requirements Invoicing shipments Qualifications Required 1–2-year experience in a logistic or supply chain function or equivalent education Global logistics industry knowledge Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word) Excellent communication skills (English) Preferred Experience in logistic operations, domestic transportation, or dispatch role. As an Air Import Agent, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service. You will prepare files for import, monitor shipments, manage documents, arrange customs clearance, and handle unique client-based logistics requirements.

The position requires 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain functions, or equivalent education. Knowledge of the global logistics industry and proficiency in computer applications like MS Excel and MS Word are also necessary.
