Major Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts Manage an allocated book of business for all customs needs. Navigation of the CARM Client Portal Follow SOPs Coordinate and Dispatch freight upon request Submit documents to CBSA Complete entry requirements for various entries; Standard Filing, E29B, C-Type, V-Type Etc. Qualifications CCS or Intro CSS qualification is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook and various PC based software Willingness to learn and develop the industry skills Sense of urgency Attention to detail Have a positive attitude and an innate desire to help people Desire to work in a team environment Work with integrity Maintain a professional Appearance Have Confidence even in the face of intense challenges Be curious to learn and grow Adhere to the company's 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor and Visionary Be resolute and results oriented- get the job done! Requirements

CCS or Intro CSS qualification is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should have a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
