(Specificity to Truck clearances) Providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department. Major Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional customer service Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Receive shipment notifications Verify all charges due Surrender docs and payment to obtain freight release Review documents and prioritize Submit docs to customs Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts Support operations where needed Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year LVS Clearances & Management Qualifications Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook and various PC based software Willingness to learn and develop the industry skills Sense of urgency Attention to detail Have a positive attitude and an innate desire to help people Desire to work in a team environment Work with integrity Maintain a professional Appearance Have Confidence even in the face of intense challenges Be curious to learn and grow Adhere to the company's 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor and Visionary Be resolute and results oriented- get the job done!
