SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job summary

Lead or support SAP HCM payroll work, including payroll configuration and integration across payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, and wage types. Reconcile payroll results and resolve defects, applying knowledge of Advanced Compensation and, where applicable, the Payroll Control Center.

SAP HR (Payroll) Length: 6 months strong possibility of hire or extension Toronto, ON- Onsite 4 days a week downtown Rate-T4-$77/hr, Inc -$90/hr Required Skills and Experience Minimum 8–12 years of SAP HCM Payroll and Advanced Compensation experience Minimum 3 years in a payroll lead or team lead capacity. Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience, preferably US and Canada payroll. Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll integration. Knowledge of Advanced Compensation processes. Experience with Payroll Control Center is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills for payroll reconciliation and defect resolution.

Requirements

Requires 8–12 years of SAP HCM Payroll and Advanced Compensation experience, including at least three years in a payroll lead or team lead role. Strong payroll expertise, preferably covering the U.S. and Canada, along with analytical skills for reconciliation and defect resolution, is required; Payroll Control Center experience is highly desirable.
