IT Technical Analyst (Full Stack Development & Application Support) Location: Milton, ON 4x per week onsite Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 Type: Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking an IT Technical Analyst who combines strong development skills with hands-on application support experience. This position supports critical manufacturing and warehouse operations and requires someone who is equally comfortable developing enhancements, troubleshooting user issues, and providing technical support for business-critical systems. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with warehouse teams, business stakeholders, IT leadership, and third-party vendors to maintain, support, and improve operational applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support business applications using C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Provide application support and end-user assistance for warehouse and manufacturing systems. Troubleshoot application, database, and system issues and perform root cause analysis. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects. Work directly with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Support integrations and third-party applications used within manufacturing and distribution operations. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase system efficiency and reliability. Maintain technical documentation and support procedures. Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for business-critical systems. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Software Development, or Technical Analyst roles. Hands-on experience developing applications using: C# JavaScript SQL Server / T-SQL Strong experience supporting end users and troubleshooting production issues. Experience working with SQL databases, stored procedures, query optimization, and data analysis. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution industry experience. Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI experience. ServiceNow experience. Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment. Agile or Azure DevOps exposure.
