Senior Windows Administrator / SME (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS integration, RDS) Contract Duration: 2-3 months (high chance of extension) Work Location: Remote Work in Canada Project: Senior Windows Administrator / SME who is capable of reviewing the client's existing Microsoft technology setup and suggesting improvements Required Skills: Minimum 8+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS integration, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS). 5+ years of Level 3 support experience. Advanced Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), PowerShell scripting, clustering, DFS, PKI, performance tuning, and security hardening. Advanced Active Directory administration, replication, trusts, FSMO roles, authentication, DNS integration, and troubleshooting. Advanced Group Policy design, deployment, troubleshooting, security baselines, GPO auditing, and reporting. Advanced Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and RemoteApp deployment, publishing, troubleshooting, licensing, and user profile management. Advanced VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, storage, networking, and performance troubleshooting.

Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and 5 years of Level 3 support experience. Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS, and VMware is required.
