Our client, a respected non-profit organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting/Administrative Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful organization while utilizing your accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Process and maintain accurate invoicing records, ensuring timely billing and payment tracking Support financial administration activities, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and record maintenance Manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory control processes Coordinate and respond to communications from local leagues, association members, and league presidents in a professional and timely manner Provide exceptional member services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering ongoing administrative support Maintain accurate financial, inventory, and membership databases to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency Assist with general office administration and support organizational activities as required Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to finance, inventory, and member services Contribute to a positive member experience by providing responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented support Required skills and qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or office coordination role Previous experience using QuickBooks Desktop is required Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a bilingual environment Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both English and French is considered a significant asset Monday to Friday – 3 days a week (with the potential for 4 days in the future) – 8:00am to 4:00pm Wage: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience If you are interested and believe you meet the specified qualifications, please reply to this ad with your Resume.
