Job Description As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living. You will support patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and basic housekeeping. Additionally, you will provide companionship and care to help patients maintain their quality of life in their own homes.

Candidates must hold a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. You must also be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Screen and demonstrate compassion and reliability in your work.
