Job Description We are currently looking for a Community Visiting Nurse to work the day shift travelling throughout Leamington/Kingsville and surrounding areas. Sign on bonus up to $1000. In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. The Registered Nurse will conduct scheduled visits to assess patient needs and execute individualized care plans in a community setting. They are responsible for maintaining professional patient records and building collaborative relationships with patients of all ages.

Candidates must be registered with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to travel to patient residences within the designated area.
