Nous sommes à la recherche, pour un client œuvrant dans le transport de marchandises et très reconnu au Québec, d'un répartiteur de jour. Vous souhaitez relevé de nouveaux défis et occuper un poste essentiel dans une entreprise québecoise, ce poste est pour vous ! DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION Coordonner et assigner la distribution des voyages aux chauffeurs; S'occuper de la répartition inter-terminus; Accueillir les chauffeurs; Consigner tous les mouvements de transport au système informatique de la répartition; Prendre les rendez-vous de cueillettes et faire les suivis des voyages auprès des clients; S'assurer de donner aux chauffeurs toutes les consignes relatives à leur chargement et tous les documents d'expédition; Informer clairement les chauffeurs de toutes informations pertinentes; Coordonner les activités de transport conjointement avec les autres services; Toutes autres tâches connexes. EXIGENCES DU POSTE Diplôme d'études collégiales option transport (un atout); Avoir de l'expérience dans un poste similaire (un atout); Connaissance et expérience dans le domaine du transport; Être bilingue (français et anglais, clientèle pouvant être anglophone); Bonne rapidité d’exécution; Avoir le sens des priorités; Facilité d'adaptation; Très bonne connaissance géographique du Québec; Aisance dans l’utilisation de divers logiciels informatiques (Excel, Outlook, Truckmate, TMS). INFORMATION CONTRACTUELLES Temps plein, permanent; Mercredi au vendredi de nuit; 36 h en 3 soirs / nuit (18 h à 6 h 00); Salaire à discuter (selon l'expérience); 24 congés par années; Assurances collectives après 6 mois.
