Responsable Approvisionnement et Planification – Manufacturier | Drummondville – dès 80K$ Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière québécoise à échelle humaine située à Drummondville, est à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable Approvisionnement et Planification pour un remplacement lié à un départ à la retraite. Dans ce rôle clé, vous agirez comme véritable bras droit de la direction, assurant la fluidité des opérations et une gestion efficace des approvisionnements pour deux unités d'affaires. Vos principales responsabilités Gérer les achats et le réapprovisionnement des matières premières (fils, poudres, etc.) Élaborer le calendrier de production et planifier les priorités quotidiennes Transmettre les directives de production et assurer la clarté des objectifs journaliers Effectuer la saisie des données de fabrication et maintenir l'inventaire à jour dans le système ERP Développer et entretenir des relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques Optimiser l'efficacité des opérations manufacturières Ce que notre client offre Salaire à partir de 80 000 $, selon l'expérience Horaire de jour : lundi au vendredi, 8 h à 16 h 30 Assurances collectives après 6 mois, payées à 60 % par l'employeur Régime volontaire d'épargne-retraite Environnement de travail humain et collaboratif, petite équipe (5-6 employés) Rôle stratégique avec impact direct sur les opérations Profil recherché 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en environnement manufacturier (PME, un atout) Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, génie industriel, mécanique ou domaine connexe Aisance autant en analyse (ERP) que sur le terrain Autonomie et sens des priorités dans la gestion de plusieurs inventaires Connaissance des métaux, de la métallurgie ou des produits de soudage (atout) Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (fournisseurs et clients anglophones) Vous voulez un rôle stratégique où votre polyvalence sera valorisée?
