S’assurer que les processus Scrum soient correctement appliqués; Organiser et administrer les différentes rencontres ( Sprint planning, Daily scrum, retrospective…) Identifier et éliminer les différents bloquants; Établir et maintenir un environnement ou l’équipe peut être efficace; Assurer les bonnes relations et communications entre l’équipe et le PO, ainsi qu’avec les différents intervenants au projet; Protéger les équipes des interruptions et des modifications imprévues; Connaître, comprendre et appliquer le framework Scrum; Savoir accompagner des personnes et des équipes dans cette méthodologie; Bonne connaissance du web; Compréhension de l’anglais écrit; Être autonome, rigoureux, minutieux et organisé; Aimer le travail d’équipe; Avoir un bon sens de l’analyse ; Pouvoir travailler rapidement et sur plusieurs projets simultanément;

Requirements

The role requires knowledge of Scrum and the ability to guide individuals and teams in applying the framework, along with a good understanding of the web and written English. Candidates should be autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and able to work quickly across multiple projects.
