Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée dans le domaine de la vente au détail et possédant une solide connaissance de Magic: the Gathering et autres jeux de cartes à collectionner. Votre rôle consistera à offrir une excellente expérience client, gérer certaines tâches administratives, organiser des événements et des tournois, et à diriger le personnel en l'absence du gérant. Responsabilités: Accueillir les clients, suggérer des produits et traiter les transactions. Gérer et traiter les remboursements via notre point de vente et via Shopify. Superviser les événements et tournois hebdomadaires et de fin de semaine. Effectuer les tâches d'ouverture/fermeture : clés, alarmes, balance de caisse. Commander, recevoir et traiter les commandes de nos distributeurs. Qualifications Style de leadership positif, axé sur le client. Connaissance approfondie de Magic : the Gathering et connaissance sommaire d'autres jeux. Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail ou en tant que chef d'équipe. Maîtrise des systèmes de point de vente et des procédures de caisse en fin de journée. Capacité à travailler debout pendant des quarts de travail pouvant aller jusqu'à 8 heures. Solides compétences en communication en français et en anglais. This is a temporary and part-time position. We are looking for someone to fill the role of assistant manager during the weekends. We're looking for someone experienced in retail with a strong background in Magic: the Gathering and other trading card games. Your role will consist of providing excellent customer experiences, handling some administrative tasks, organizing events and tournaments, and leading the rest of the staff while the manager is away. Responsibilities: Greet and suggest products to clients as well as process transactions. Handle and process refunds through the our point of sale as well as through Shopify. Oversee weekly and weekend events and tournaments. Perform opening/closing duties: keys, alarms, till balancing. Order, receive and process orders from our distributors. Qualifications Positive, customer-first leadership style. Knowledge of Magic: the Gathering and cursory knowledge of other games. At least 2 years of retail or team-lead experience. Proficiency with POS systems and end-of-day cash procedures. Able to work on their feet for up to 8 hour shifts. Strong communication skills in both French and English.
