We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Content Strategist to shape and elevate our brand’s presence across digital channels. You will design multi-platform content strategies, produce engaging short-form creative, and turn audience insights into growth. You'll bridge the gap between creative storytelling and performance analytics, driving both brand awareness and meaningful engagement across our key digital channels. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours) Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Hybrid $75,000 – $92,000 In this role, you will: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute cross-platform social content strategies tailored to specific channel dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Content Creation & Direction: Ideate, write, and oversee short-form video, static posts, stories, and multimedia copy that align with voice and brand guidelines Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversion rate) and turn monthly data into clear, actionable performance insights Community & Advocacy: Partner with creators and influencers to amplify brand reach and build active online communities Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure social campaigns support broader company goals You have: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications (required) 5+ years of experience in social media or communications (required) Agency experience (an asset) Deep, hands-on knowledge of native creation tools, features, and algorithms across key platforms (i.e.: TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) Experience tracking performance metrics using native tools or platforms (i.e.: Sprout Social, Meltwater Engage, Hootsuite) Ability to write sharp, platform-native copy and outline visual concepts, storyboards, and short-form video scripts Proficiency with mobile and desktop editing software (i.e.: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) for quick-turnaround content creation Ability to map business goals to a content calendar and translate real-time trends into brand-appropriate content Action-oriented mindset that actively seeks, absorbs, and integrates feedback to refine execution and strategy Strong balance between big-picture visual storytelling and performance data analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to algorithm shifts or reactive marketing opportunities Strong collaborative communication skills to align with designers, cross-functional teams and creators on brand vision and campaigns You get: Great benefits (healthcare, health & personal spending accounts, wellness days, Employee & Family Assistance Program) Company provided RRSP Loyalty share program (based on service length) $300.00 per year to spend on company products Employee discount pricing Employee appreciation events & rewards Free onsite parking Exclusive discounts with various vendors Employee wellness sessions Why us?
