Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Team Building Events Incentive Program Opportunities for RBT & BCBA supervision Opportunities to earn PDU's for RBT's Responsibilities: Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner. Work closely with school personnel (e.g. classroom/ special teachers, TAs, school psychologist, social worker, behavior consultant, related service provider) to ensure the student’s success in the classroom. Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs Assist with classroom assignments under the direction of the classroom teacher. Implementation of behavior support plans/ BIP's or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation) Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions. Assist the student with moving between classrooms and other school locations, including the cafeteria, bathroom, and therapy sessions Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment Understand and demonstrate the company core values About You: If you have these attributes: Passionate to work with children, adolescents and therapists Sterling values, high integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind. Requirements
Candidates must have an RBT certification and a minimum of 6 months of experience working with children or adolescents with special needs in a supervised setting. A high school diploma is required, and current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a related field is preferred.
