Job summary
We’re looking for a bilingual, results-oriented Manager of Sales and Business Development to lead efforts in growing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Based in Montreal, this role is ideal for someone with a solid background in sales and business development, along with experience in the travel industry. As part of our dynamic Sales and Marketing team, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in a fast-evolving market. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects. Understand customer needs and present tailored, solution-based offerings. Communicate our product value clearly to stakeholders in both French and English. Stay current with travel industry trends, including airline NDC initiatives and their tech implications for agencies. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events (travel required). Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role. At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry or as a travel advisor/agent. Fluency in both French and English is required. Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
