Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis. Qualifications What you bring to the table. Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. The ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
