This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday through Friday. Salaire Salaire : compétitif selon l’expérience + prime de nuit de 2 $/h || Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + $2/hour night shift premium Responsabilités Responsabilités: * Préparer la machine slitter selon les spécifications du bon de travail. * Installer les rouleaux de matière première et effectuer les changements de rouleaux. * Effectuer les réglages de la machine (largeur de coupe, tension, alignement, paramètres de production). * Opérer la machine et surveiller le processus de refente afin d’assurer une production conforme. * Effectuer les inspections de qualité en cours de production (dimensions, coupe, défauts visuels, enroulement). * Identifier et signaler les non-conformités ou problèmes de production. * Compléter les rapports de production et documents requis. * Effectuer l’emballage, l’identification et la préparation des rouleaux finis pour l’expédition. * Effectuer l’entretien de base de la machine et maintenir son poste de travail propre. * Respecter les procédures de santé et sécurité ainsi que les normes de qualité de l’entreprise. || * Set up the slitting machine according to the work order specifications. * Install rolls of raw material and perform roll changes. * Adjust machine settings (cut width, tension, alignment, production parameters). * Operate the machine and monitor the slitting process to ensure compliant production. * Conduct quality inspections during production (dimensions, cut, visual defects, winding). * Identify and report nonconformities or production issues. * Complete production reports and required documentation. * Pack, label, and prepare finished rolls for shipment. * Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the workstation clean. * Comply with health and safety procedures and the company’s quality standards. Exigences Exigences * Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou expérience équivalente. * Expérience en opération de machines industrielles dans un environnement manufacturier. * Expérience avec une machine slitter, * Bonne compréhension des mesures, dimensions et spécifications de production. * Bonne capacité mécanique et aptitude à effectuer des ajustements de machine. * Minutie, autonomie et souci de la qualité. * Capacité à travailler debout et à manipuler des rouleaux de matière. || * High school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience. * Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with a slitter machine, * Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, and production specifications. * Good mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments. * Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to quality. * Ability to work standing up and handle rolls of material.
