Faspac, a leader in flexible packaging, is looking for a pouch operator to join its team. \n HORAIRE Horaire de travail: Nuit : 23h-7h || Work Schedule: Night: 11:00p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Salaire Salaire : compétitif selon l’expérience || Salary: competitive, based on experience Responsabilités Responsabilités: * Paramétrer la machinerie en fonction des commandes à produire * Prendre les mesures d’un échantillon pour s’assurer que les sacs respectent les spécifications * Vérifier la qualité et la conformité du produit fini à chaque étape de la production * Effectuer des tâches de maintenance mineures et des réparations simples sur les équipements * Dépanner en cas d’anomalie de fonctionnement * Compléter les rapports de production et de qualité * Vérifier et inspecter la qualité du matériel produit * Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins de l’opération * Autres taches connexes * Rédiger les rapports d’interventions et utiliser le logiciel de gestion de maintenance. || • Set up the machinery according to the orders to be produced • Measure a sample to ensure that the bags meet specifications • Verify the quality and compliance of the finished product at each stage of production • Perform minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs on equipment • Troubleshoot in the event of operational malfunctions • Complete production and quality reports • Verify and inspect the quality of the produced material • Perform any other related tasks as required by the operation • Other related tasks • Write work order reports and use maintenance management software. Exigences Exigences * 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. * Expérience en emballage flexible, flexographie ou conversion de sacs flexibles. * Connaissance des machines Wicket, Pouch et Flat Belt (atout important). * Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques et autonomie. * Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lb. * Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent; * Connaissances de base en mathématiques || * 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in flexible packaging, flexography, or flexible bag conversion. * Knowledge of Wicket, Pouch, and Flat Belt machines (a significant asset). * Good mechanical skills and ability to work independently. * Ability to lift up to 50 lb. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Basic math skills.
