Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Youth Soccer Coaches to join an established private soccer academy in Durham Region. We are a Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence holder, supported by experienced Technical Directors and coaches who are committed to providing a positive, professional, and development-focused environment for young players. Age Groups: U8–U14. We Are Looking For Coaches Who Are passionate about youth player development. Have previous coaching experience, preferably in a competitive academy environment. Hold the appropriate Canada Soccer coaching certifications. Are reliable, professional, energetic, and eager to develop as a coach. Work well with young athletes and within a structured academy program. Don't have all your certifications yet?: We will still consider and interview motivated coaching candidates who demonstrate the right experience, attitude, and commitment. Successful candidates will be expected to complete the required Canada Soccer coaching certification levels for their assigned age group. This is a great opportunity for coaches looking to develop within an established club while working alongside experienced Directors and coaching staff. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a brief coaching background, current certifications, and availability.
