What you’ll do Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications: A diploma in business A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments Preferred qualifications: Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Not sure you meet every requirement?
