Depending on business needs, you'll assist with loan administration, payment processing, reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives that help ensure efficient and accurate business operations. You'll work alongside finance professionals and internal partners across FCC, developing your skills while contributing to projects and day-to-day activities that support organizational success. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with financial information, data and business processes in a collaborative environment. Someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical and eager to learn while contributing to meaningful work that supports FCC’s operations and customer experience.If you enjoy working with numbers, analyzing information, solving problems and learning in a team environment, this could be the role for you. What you'll do Support a variety of finance and lending operations activities, including loan administration, payment processing, reporting and data management Review, process and validate transactions, requests and documentation while following established policies, procedures and quality standards Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial, customer, loan and payment information within FCC systems Assist with preparing reports, summaries and analyses to support operational and business decision-making Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and business operations Monitor work activities and contribute to meeting service, quality and turnaround time standards Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and operational efficiency Provide administrative and operational support for projects, initiatives and periods of increased workload What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications: Currently enrolled in a diploma or bachelor's degree program in business administration, finance, accounting, commerce, economics, data analytics or a related field Strong interest in financial services, finance operations, lending, accounting, reporting, data analysis or business processes Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications: Previous experience through coursework, internships, co-op placements, summer employment, volunteer work or student projects involving finance, accounting, administration, reporting, customer service or business operations Knowledge of financial services, lending, accounting, payment processing, business administration or data analysis concepts Experience working with data entry, reporting, financial transactions or administrative processes requiring a high degree of accuracy Experience using data, reports, CRM systems or other business applications to support decision-making and process improvements Bilingualism (English and French) Not sure you meet every requirement?
