As Manager, Notary Relations you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a notary network that will be able to sign all of our RLS deals. You will be accountable for the management of the Notary network. Accountability will also include to develop the network, find and onboard the notaries and maintain a strong relationship with the notary partners to ensure business continuity. You will act as a hub for the notary network internally and externally for all communications. You will manage notary complaints; provide improvements and solutions in notary services and make recommendations for new partnership as well as ending of partnerships. As Manager, Notary Relations, you might have to manage a small team of employees if needed. Maintenez des relations etroites avec nos partenaires en rencontrant régulièrement les notaires et en initiant ces rencontres Partagez et recommandez des actions spécifiques du réseau. Evaluer le volume des transactions et le nombre de notaires nécessaires dans une région et le personnel en conséquence afin de garantir que les niveaux de service sont respectés Soyez responsable des resultats des niveaux de service VOS COMPÉTENCES : Connaissance spécialisée du secteur du RLS, du métier de notaire et du processus de clôture d'une hypothèque au Québec. 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans le domaine notarial, immobilier ou hypothécaire. Un diplôme postsecondaire ou un diplôme de parajuriste Excellent pour établir et maintenir des relations a long terme et developper des partenariats suffisamment solides pour resister aux obstacles Compétences superieures en communication écrite et orale avec la capacité de gérer efficacement tous les niveaux d'une organisation (internes et externes) Passionné par l'orientation client avec une mentalite créative et résolutive Compétences exceptionnelles en planification et organisation À l'aise de travailler sous pression et avec des priorités concurrentes pour obtenir des résultats. La personne titulaire de ce poste doit être bilingue en français et en anglais en raison de la nature du poste et de la nécessité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients anglophones et les partenaires internes. ********************************************************************************* HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE: Manage the Notary Network (Ensure we have enough notaries to sign all our RLS deals (virtually and physically), in all the Quebec regions, that they provide excellent customer service, that they understand the partnership and that they follow the contractual SLA’s. Identify strong notary partners, explain the partnership and the agreement they will sign. Ensure service levels of the notaries are met Maintain close relationships with our partners by meeting with notaries regularly and initiating those meetings Share and recommend specific actions of the network. Assess the volume of transactions and the number of notaries needed in a specific region and staff accordingly to ensure service levels are met Be accountable for results of the service levels HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Specialized knowledge of the RLS business, the notary business and the closing process of a mortgage in Quebec. 5-7 years of experience in the notarial business, real estate or mortgage business. Post-secondary degree or paralegal degree an assert Excellent at establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and developing partnerships strong enough to withstand obstacles Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external) Passionate about customer centricity with a creative problem-solving mindset Exceptional planning and organization skills Comfortable working under pressure and competing priorities to deliver results. Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role and the necessity to communicate effectively with English speaking clients and internal partners Total Direct Compensation: $120,774 - $147,611 Any pay range is in $CAD.
