Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office) Type: Full-time Start date: September 8, 2026 Bilingual (EN/FR): Nice to have About the role FEAST is hiring an Account Executive to support the day-to-day execution of client accounts and integrated marketing projects. You’ll work closely with an Account Supervisor and cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, and Project Management) to keep projects moving smoothly, clients informed, and deliverables high-quality. This is a great role for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, and who enjoys building strong client relationships while learning how great integrated work gets made. What you’ll do Project management and execution Coordinate integrated projects from briefing through final delivery Build and maintain timelines, status reports, budgets/estimates, and project documentation Track progress, flag risks early, and escalate issues when needed Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment to the brief Financial and account support Assist with scopes of work, estimates, reconciliations, and forecasting Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization Support invoicing processes and ensure documentation is accurate and complete Spot opportunities for additional work and share them with the Account Supervisor Business development support Support RFPs and proposals (coordination, writing support, research, presentations) Help keep internal contributors on track and ensure deadlines are met Contribute ideas that strengthen proposals and pitch materials Team collaboration Build strong working relationships across internal teams Communicate project information clearly and consistently Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements Support onboarding of new team members where appropriate What we’re looking for Diploma or degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2–3 years in account management at an advertising, marketing, communications, or creative agency Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships at once Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and deliverables Exposure to proposals, RFPs, or agency business development is an asset Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Values at FEAST At FEAST, we value people who: think outside the box, stay professional, collaborate deeply, embrace challenges, lead the way, and love what they do.
