As part of a temporary replacement, the company is seeking a Demand Planner to support its replenishment team. <br> <br>The Role <br> <br>As part of the planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting inventory needs across multiple product categories. You will play a key role in analyzing sales trends, developing demand forecasts, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability across the company?s network. <br> <br>You will collaborate closely with Purchasing, Allocation, suppliers, and Distribution Center teams to support an efficient supply chain. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br> <br>Develop and maintain sales forecasts for various product categories; <br>Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and supply requirements; <br>Determine order quantities to optimize inventory levels; <br>Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries; <br>Collaborate with Buyers to support category strategies and sales objectives; <br>Ensure proper product allocation based on store requirements; <br>Work closely with Distribution Centers to ensure inventory availability within required timelines; <br>Identify inventory challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Qualifications <br> <br>Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; <br>1 to 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Allocation, or Supply Chain; <br>Retail experience is considered an asset; <br>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; <br>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; <br>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; <br>Strong interest in supply chain, demand planning, and inventory management. <br> <br>Conditions <br> <br>Temporary contract of 12 to 15 months (maternity leave replacement); <br>Dynamic work environment within a collaborative team; <br>Hybrid position; <br>Opportunity to further develop expertise in demand planning and supply chain management.</p> <br><br>
