Compensation & Rewards Hourly Pay: $42.00-$50.00/hr. for licensed technicians Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed or Apprentice 310T/421A Technicians Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500 Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training Annual Wage Increases 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance Vacation + Paid Personal Days What You’ll Do Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment. Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more. Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service. Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Requires a valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician license, or a registered apprenticeship. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract and strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
