Rockglen Co-op is hiring an Agro Centre Associate on a permanent full-time basis to work onsite at the Co-op Agro Centre in Rockglen, SK. Join our Agro Centre team and enjoy a variety of hands-on duties while serving our valued customers. What you’ll do: * Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and day-to-day operations. * Operate fuel pumps and perform gas pump attendant duties while ensuring a safe and efficient customer experience. * Load, unload, and organize agricultural, retail, and bulk products, including handling deliveries and inventory movement. * Safely operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and support overall site operations. * Other duties as assigned. Schedule: Rotating shifts of Tuesday – Saturday and Monday-Friday. 8-hour workdays. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will be reporting into the General Manager and working closely with the sales commodity team members. Why it matters: Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by distributing products and services to Co-op members and customers in feed, crop supplies and fertilizer. Who you are: * You have experience in retail, customer service, equipment operation, or a related field. Previous experience is an asset but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. * You ideally hold valid Forklift and First Aid/CPR certifications; however, these certifications are not required. * You are committed to working safely and are comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling products. * You are honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
