Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Intermediate Accountant on a full-time permanent basis on our Corporate Accounting team. This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role is a great fit for someone who is inquisitive, analytical, and enjoys diving into details. If these characteristics describe you, we invite you to apply! What You’ll Do Prepare and analyze gross margin calculations. Reconcile general ledger, payable and receivable accounts. Reconcile stock and direct sales for our Ag Solutions commodities. Control outstanding matching reports and troubleshoot related problems. Audit and prepare for processing various sales, purchase, and expense documents. Other duties as required. Who You’ll Work With The Team: You will work on a team of other Intermediate Accountants, Senior Accountants, and Accounting Technicians, all reporting to the Supervisor, Ag Accounting. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Finance and: Have a minimum of 1-year of related accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to margins and the agriculture commodity. Have a minimum of 4 financial accounting courses from an accredited post-secondary institution.
