They must also accurately complete paperwork, conduct site inspections, and foster positive relationships with members. Candidates must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience. Applicants are also required to provide a driver's abstract, proof of insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
