Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Processing Clerk on a full-time temporary basis (up to 7 month term) on our Corporate Accounting team. This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to grow their career in the accounting industry. What You’ll Do Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic documents, ensuring proper sorting, scanning, data entry, and attachment of required back-ups. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents, including requirement documents and payment records Support internal and external users in locating and accessing necessary documentation. Assist with document-related corrections and voids. Other duties as assigned. Who You’ll Work With The Team: You will work closely with other Processing Clerks, Accounting Clerks and Technicians and will be part of a larger team of professionals reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Finance and: Have a high school diploma, and an introductory accounting course from an accredited post-secondary institution, and/or a minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable functional area.
