Au sein du club, vous participerez au développement et à l'animation des activités gymniques auprès de différents publics (enfants, adolescents et adultes). Vous contribuerez à la préparation, à l'encadrement et au suivi des séances, tout en veillant à garantir un environnement sécurisé, bienveillant et propice à l'épanouissement de chacun. Selon le poste, vous pourrez également être amené(e) à : Préparer et animer des séances d'entraînement. Accompagner les gymnastes lors des compétitions et événements. Participer à l'organisation de manifestations sportives du club. Assurer le suivi administratif lié aux activités. Contribuer à la promotion et au développement de l'association. Passion pour le sport et les activités gymniques. Sens de la pédagogie et du travail en équipe. Dynamisme, autonomie et esprit d'initiative. Excellent relationnel avec les adhérents et les familles. Diplôme ou expérience dans l'encadrement sportif apprécié(e) selon le poste. Titulaire BPJEPS, ou licence STAPS, ou CQP ou souhait de formation Formations fédérales animateur et/ou moniteur Diplôme de juge apprécié AA0056DY

Requirements
A passion for sports and gymnastics, strong teaching and teamwork skills, initiative, autonomy, and excellent communication with members and families are sought. Sports coaching qualifications or experience are appreciated; relevant credentials include BPJEPS, a STAPS degree, CQP, or federal animator and/or instructor training, with willingness to train also considered.
