Job summary

Shift Lundi - Vendredi - 1re équipe (jour) Position Summary The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and monitoring company systems and infrastructure to meet business requirements. This role ensures that hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures comply with established standards and supports optimal system performance and stability. Primary Responsibilities Perform routine administration and maintenance of designated systems to support business operations. Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Ensure server compliance with standards, policies, configuration guidelines, and procedures. Provide capacity analysis reports and performance data. Monitor server backups daily to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness. Perform first-level problem determination and resolution in accordance with service level agreements. Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2--4 years of relevant experience in systems administration or infrastructure support. Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Customer service oriented and strong team player.
