What You’ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Corporate Office and leadership team Assist with calendar coordination, meetings, documents, printing, scanning, filing, and general office administration Complete errands, pickups, deliveries, and other tasks throughout Saskatoon Provide personal assistant support to executives as required Help coordinate meetings, lunches, events, travel arrangements, and office activities Order and maintain office supplies and help keep common areas organized Receive visitors and help create a welcoming, professional Corporate Office environment Assist with basic data entry, spreadsheets, correspondence, and document preparation Support special projects and jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion What we're looking for: You don’t need years of experience.
