We’re currently seeking an energetic and detail-driven Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is essential to ensuring our gourmet food products are produced to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a QA Technician, you'll be at the heart of our food safety program—sampling products, performing testing, and verifying processes. Your day will include: * Conducting daily product sampling and testing * Performing lab maintenance and ensuring compliance with GMP and good lab practices * Monitoring pre-operational and operational inspections * Investigating deviations and recommending corrective actions * Validating CCPs, reviewing pre-shipment documents, and releasing products for shipment * Keeping meticulous records, analyzing trends, and communicating findings * Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to maintain our SQF and HACCP standards WHAT YOU BRING: We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
