As a bartender, you?ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a fun yet professional bar environment. If you?re passionate about hospitality, love mixing great drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities:* * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to FiN Folk Food?s standards. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * Accurately take and process drink orders using the POS system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking supplies and ingredients. * Check identification and adhere to all provincial liquor laws and safety regulations. * Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service to guests. * Assist with bar inventory, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. * Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. * Handle cash and card transactions efficiently. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred. * Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine considered an asset * Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in PEI and possess or be willing to obtain responsible beverage service certification. * Strong multitasking and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. *Why Join Us?* * Work in a stunning beachfront location at Blackbush Beach Resort. * Be part of a friendly and passionate team. * Competitive wages plus tips. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. *Working Conditions:* * This position requires standing for extended periods, bending down, and the ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds * Work will involve evening and weekend shifts, including holidays If you?re ready to shake things up and be part of an exciting team, apply today! _FiN Folk Food is an equal opportunity employer.
