Job Description: Picking customer and branch parts orders Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment Sorting and binning incoming stock Loading and unloading of the parts trucks Qualifications: High school diploma (Grade 12) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision TDG and WHMIS certification, coupled with forklift training will be considered assets Previous warehousing and core inspection experience, as well as computer literacy are also desired Forklift training, and experience working with radio frequency and bar-coding technology would be assets A strong commitment to safety is imperative Important Information: This position is based in Fort McKay on a 7x7 Shift. (Days and Nights may be required) *Shift may/can change to a 14x14 Shift* Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. The Material Supply Assistant is responsible for general shipping, receiving, and warehousing duties including picking, packing, and labeling parts orders. They will also manage stock binning and the loading or unloading of parts trucks at the Fort McKay facility.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and a strong commitment to safety. Previous warehousing experience, computer literacy, and relevant certifications like TDG, WHMIS, and forklift training are considered strong assets.
