Job Description: What You'll Be Doing Supporting Caterpillar® MineStar®, and autonomous mining technologies while helping customers maximize the performance, reliability, and availability of their technology systems. Troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, GPS/GNSS, and fleet management systems Working directly with customers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Supporting autonomous mining solutions alongside multidisciplinary teams Assisting with technology implementations, upgrades, and project delivery Creating documentation, best practices, and support handovers Traveling to customer sites across Western Canada to provide technical expertise What We're Looking For You are someone who: Has a strong desire to learn and grow professionally Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments Adapts quickly to changing priorities Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and reliability Enjoys solving technical challenges in real-world production environments Experience or knowledge in any of the following is considered an asset: Fleet Management Systems (MineStar, Wenco, Modular) Computer Networking GPS/GNSS Technology Mining Operations or Heavy Civil Construction Mine Planning Civil CAD, Vulcan, Deswik, or similar engineering software ​ Location & Travel Based in Edmonton Travel required across Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories Rotational schedule required 14x14 • Short-notice travel • Occasional night-shift coverage Why Finning?
