Responsibilities Tasks Advise clients on beauty care treatments Analyze hair and scalp condition Book appointments Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences Provide custom hair and scalp treatment Shampoo customers' hair Shave and trim beards and mustaches Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair Apply hair extensions Clean and style wigs and hair pieces Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences Maintain and order supplies Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Hairstylist Licence

Requirements

The role requires a hairstylist licence and an other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience. Applicants need 1 to less than 2 years of experience and must work on-site.
