The successful candidate will help ensure seamless technology operations and a positive user experience across the region. Title: Regional Technical IT Analyst Salary: $76,530 - $95,662 - $105,229 per year (pay range explained below) Contract: Term- 6 months Hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 4pm or 8:30am- 4:30pm Location: Stz’uminus – Ladysmith- with travel between regional offices. About The Role Are you passionate about technology and helping people succeed? As a key member of the regional team, you'll provide hands-on IT support that enables staff, communities, and partners to stay connected and productive. Working closely with both regional and corporate IMIT teams, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, support events and infrastructure, and deliver training that empowers users to make the most of their technology. About You To be successful in this role you will have/be – Education A university degree in Computer Science, college degree with a technical major or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience 5 to 7 years of recent or relevant experience or a combination or education and experience Requirements Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license Ability to determine requirements for IT support Please refer to Job Specification section of the Job Description for more details.
