Competition #: 2026-112-PFR-01 Position: Job Coach/Maintenance Coordinator, Partners in Employment – Regina Employment type: Permanent, Full-time Closing date: October 15, 2026 Partners in Employment provides supported employment services to individuals who have a goal of employment and experience disability. We focus on recognizing and building upon individual employment strengths and providing support that will enhance employability. The right supports offered at the right time, and the right employment opportunity, equate to successful long-term employment. Duties And Responsibilities Work collaboratively with clients and employers to develop individualized action plans and offer effective employment supports, relevant to the client and their employer. Complete worksite/task analysis in order to understand worksite duties and develop training plans that accommodate individual learning needs. Provide individualized on-the-job training to develop independent work skills (hard skills, work habits and/or workplace integration) and responsible role modelling. Build and maintain positive relationships with employers to ensure understanding of their needs, providing strategies that will assist them in supporting their employee while achieving business outcomes. Provide disability education to employers and their staff to ensure that each client is well understood and respected in the workplace. Provide job carving and development recommendations to the Partners in Employment team. Develop and implement a fading process once training is completed that is suited to both client and employer needs. Complete and update documentation or reports that support person centered planning, outcome achievement, Qualifications evaluative information, employer details and other information as required. Post-secondary degree in Human Service, or Education Valid Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Level C Certificate. Experience in coaching or mentoring others Knowledge of supported employment practices and principles Understanding of, and the ability to support people with disabilities and the employment barriers they encounter. Understanding of OH&S, Labour Standards and workplace accommodations. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence. Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search. Requirements

Requires a post-secondary degree in Human Service or Education, a valid Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Level C certificate, and a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence. Candidates should have coaching or mentoring experience, knowledge of supported employment and disability-related employment barriers, understanding of workplace safety, labour standards and accommodations, and strong problem-solving skills; satisfactory criminal record and vulnerable sector checks are also required.
