Job summary

The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct analytical research, and manage promotional materials. They are also responsible for supervising office staff and coordinating special publicity events.

Education: Expérience: Education College/CEGEP Asset languages Mandarin Tasks Plan development projects Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions Gather, research and prepare communications material Conduct analytical marketing studies Develop portfolio of marketing materials Develop marketing strategies Maintain and manage digital database Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision 1 to 2 people Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 40 hours per week

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience and a college or CEGEP education. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset for this role.
