What Your Day Might Look Like * Drive Comprehensive Aftermarket Operations: Direct daily operations across parts, hardware support, and rental management. * Empower Your Team: Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding, solution-oriented support. * Optimize Customer Experience: Ensure smooth, efficient order processing, returns, rental logistics, and issue resolution across all product lines. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics to align company goals and elevate overall service delivery. * Track & Elevate Performance: Monitor key operational metrics and coach your team toward continuous process improvement.
