Job summary

Summary The Assembly Operator is responsible for weighing, visually inspecting, and testing materials and products to meet established inspection standards. This role will also sort, crate, and package these materials and products in accordance with Flex-N-Gate policies and procedures. We have opportunities available on our day shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday) Job Duties Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment Complete production cards fully and with accuracy Complete appropriate Pre-Use Inspection forms Check and weigh materials and products Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products Assist other machine operators, assemblers, and other workers when required Adhere to all safety requirements within the plant including wearing appropriate PPE at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications · Strong Attention to detail · Able to work independently and as part of a team · Communication; both written and verbal · Quality-focused mindset · Demonstrated strong sense of integrity · Accountability and dependability · Able to work under pressure · Time management
