Learn more at flexera.com As a Solution Advisor – FinOps for the Flexera Cloud Cost Optimization product, you’ll join our dynamic Cloud Solutions organization, collaborating closely with Solutions Success, Enablement, Renewals, Product and Support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers to improve the value they realize from the Flexera FinOps portfolio of solutions which they use. You will consult primarily with existing customers, helping to understand their business requirements and leveraging Flexera’s FinOps portfolio of solutions to help customers realize value that aligns with their strategic goals. Additionally, you'll contribute to our global Solution Architecture & Advisory and Technical Account Management teams, bridging internal stakeholder groups and functional areas to continually enhance our solutions in response to evolving customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements. The Product: Flexera One, offers a comprehensive approach to FinOps, including the full framework, continuous optimization, lifecycle and scopes. This includes identifying savings opportunities, implementing optimizations, and automating processes across the hybrid estate. Main Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for a subset of the Flexera FinOps Portfolio (Flexera Cloud Cost Optimization, Autonomous Workload Optimization and Data Cloud Optimization) Assist customers in maximising adoption of the product by identifying opportunities for this through a consultative approach. Develop best practices for customers, document these and refresh these regularly through ongoing customer engagements. Create training and enablement content and work with the Flexera Enablement team to publish through the appropriate channels for customers to refer to. Partner with sales representatives, solution engineers, success managers, solution value advisors, and other team members to enable success throughout the customer journey Engage with the product development process on an ongoing basis to provide valuable field insights to product management and engineering teams. Travel up to 20% of the time to engage directly with customers, attend events, customer success initiatives, and renewal efforts. Required Skills & Experience: FinOps Consulting Experience working with customers with large cloud spend to understand their internal processes and organizational initiatives to capture and create tailored paths to achieving success. Experience in running run regular sessions and workshops with a portfolio of assigned customers to advise and coach customers through the tailored path and steps to move in the specific direction to achieve their desired outcomes. Sharing your experience with customers to help them build their skills and wider knowledge in cloud and FinOps. Experience working on FinOps with other packaged FinOps products or custom built products or cloud native tools (big three clouds) Voice of the Customer Customer-centric mindset with a strong dedication to achieving customer success Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights, advocating for features internally. Reviews Lead regular business reviews, presenting data-backed cost savings, automation outcomes, and strategic recommendations. Requirements

Candidates must have significant experience in FinOps consulting and working with large-scale cloud spend environments. A FinOps Certified Practitioner certification is required, along with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
