Job Description FLINT is seeking Labourers with skid steer and physical labour experience for a temporary (8 months) maintenance position in Regina, Saskatchewan, starting September 7, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 4-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications Previous skid steer and physical labour experience. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020 Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
