Bartender – Flores & Pine Flores & Pine is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are a busy upscale restaurant and event venue in Bearspaw, Calgary, offering elevated dining, weddings, corporate events, private functions, and high-volume weekend service. We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure, and understands that great bartending is about more than making drinks — it is about creating a great guest experience. What we’re looking for: Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and responsible alcohol service Comfortable handling both restaurant service and private events Strong communication and guest-service skills Ability to work efficiently during busy services while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize Professional appearance and attitude ProServe certification required Availability on evenings and weekends is required Wednesday availability is strongly preferred Responsibilities include: Preparing cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to our standards Providing knowledgeable and engaging service to guests Setting up and maintaining the bar before, during, and after service Maintaining proper stock levels and communicating product needs to management Following portioning, inventory, and liquor-control procedures Maintaining a clean and organized bar Supporting private events, weddings, and corporate functions Working closely with the serving and management teams to provide efficient service Following all AGLC requirements and Flores & Pine service standards What we offer: Competitive hourly wage Tips Consistent shifts for the right candidate Opportunity to work both restaurant service and large private events A professional, established hospitality environment Opportunity for growth for someone who demonstrates reliability, leadership, and strong performance Position: Bartender Location: Flores & Pine, Bearspaw / Calgary, AB Job Type: Part-time, with potential for additional hours Availability: Evenings and weekends; Wednesday availability preferred If you are an experienced bartender who takes pride in hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a strong restaurant and events team, we would like to hear from you.
