A Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking parts inventory, ensuring the right parts are available when needed, and coordinating with suppliers, technicians, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities & Requirements Prepare control valves parts quotes and coordinate activities between the manufacturing floor, office and customers. Communicate open quotes and shipping volumes and priorities closely within the team and with customers on part-related activities In addition to the primary duties as Coordinator, there will also be responsibilities associated with ensuring seamless front-desk operations and professional client interactions. Work closely with valves repair and service team in order to generate parts quote. Liaison between customer, in house engineering and manufacturing floor. Review open customer orders daily to efficiently meet the customer quoting concerns. Proactively update customer on shipping status of parts, inform of any potential concerns and resolution steps. Prepare control valve parts quotes , provide documentation, maintains records, and coordinates with Engineering team on customer related valve and parts concerns Maintain Quoting and Shipping records, including tracking or shipping history information. Formally document new or changed procedures. Maintain a local relationship with approved suppliers and different stakeholders and resolve/escalate complex quoting issues. Manage the escalation process to resolve pricing and delivery issues in house or from different regions. Act as a backup for Control Valves coordinator. Participate in Production meetings and calls on biweekly basis. Effectively lead cross-functional root cause and corrective action to resolve customer-related quoting and shipping issues. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and an ERP and CRM system- specifically Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint. Ability to operate and utilize RFID scanners and other mobile technology Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work flexible hours. Excellent communications skills with ability to manage multiple tasks. Adherence to all safety policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Background in industrial manufacturing Strong Organizational skills and Detail Oriented Advanced MS Excel skills creating pivot tables, databases, graphs/charts.
