Architectural Technology. Construction Management. Construction Engineering Ability to read specs and drawings General Building Envelope knowledge Knowledge of Insulated Panel/Cladding systems is considered an asset Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project. The Estimator acts as the tender lead for single and multi-scope projects, managing bids and maintaining supplier relationships. They are responsible for preparing construction schedules, visiting job sites, and inputting data into the centralized cost estimating database.

Candidates need at least 4 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, specifically within the industrial sector. A degree or diploma in civil engineering, building science, architectural technology, or construction management is required.
